It was a very long weekend for us here. Not that we had any extra holidays, just that it seemed soooo looooong. We attended  a baby shower this weekend and so kept busy that way. Other than that, I'm glad we are back to the weekdays.

Couple of lovely kits this week. Stacey Towers has 2 new kits this week. And one of them is a FREEBIE. Here is the layout i made using her ‘A Little Fruity’ store kit.

Designer Products – LOTS of BRAND new PRODUCTS and some FREEBIES too !!

Hope you all had a fun and relaxed weekend. Its Monday and the last day of August and Fall is just around the corner.But here in Wisconsin, we are yet to see one proper hot,summer day !! Oh well,..maybe next year !

Designers Products and Playhouse – FREEBIE -Part3

Hey guys, hope you had a fun weekend. We spent our weekend in Wisconsin Dells. Its an amazing place filled with all sorts of fun. The Noah’s Ark water park is the best of it all. And the entire town is based around this one main road where you feel you never have the time to see it all !! And neither did we… So in the next coming weeks, you’ll see many of my layouts based on this trip. :)

But first let me share some of my layouts i made in the last week. For my first layout i used Stacey’s new ‘Dino mite’ kit. Its got cute dino stickers and lots of textured papers. This is the layout i came up with.

Layouts for the week and Designer Products

It was a busy week for me. And due to the weather, all that busy-ness was spent at home !! But i did have time to catch up on my designing though. So, i’ve made some freebies for you all and you should get them all in the coming weeks. So be on a look out for that.

Its Monday, so that means its layouts sharing day. I made a couple of layouts using Stacey’s ‘Eat your Veggies’ kit. Its got cute veggies in it ! But using this kit was a challenge for me. You see, i don't have any pictures of my son eating his veggies or for that matter , eating anything ( Something to think about though !!). So i had to improvise and this is what i came up with.

I especially  love the kitchen layout. And that kitchen background, is a paper from the kit. So if you find that cool, go grab the kit. Also she has  some FREEBIES on her blog..so check that out too.

And for the next couple of layouts, i used ‘Rock Star – Boy’ kit by Digi-Designs by Nicole. Its such an adorable kit with cute guitars and word arts. You should seriously check this out. My layouts and some cool Products

I got to play with 2 designers products last week. And you know who they are. Happy Monday everyone…hope you have a wonderful week !!

For the first layout i used ‘Sweetie Pie’ kit by Stacey Towers. Its got a beautiful blend of colors, very modern ,and very contemporary. You’ll love this kit. And for this layout i used a picture of us window shopping in our downtown sidewalk. And i really love how this page turned out. Thanks for the beautiful kit Stacey.

Designer’s Products and my Layouts

Oh well, another week… how fast the days seem to be vanishing. I don't remember most of last week. It was spent in hospitals and clinics. Nothing serious though, just general check ups and shots for Abhi, and follow up visits. And i hardly seem to had any time to get my layouts done. My ‘yet to be done’ folder seems to be increasing day by day. And here are the ones i did complete.

For this one, i used a kit by Stacey of Stacey’s Scraps. Its called ‘Summer Lovin’. Such a pretty kit. i loved it sooo much and planning on using it for another layout too. These pictures were taken on July4th. We were just hanging out in a nearby park till it was time for the fireworks.

Also Stacey’s got a brand new FREEBIE going on at her blog. Its a mini kit called ‘Hawaiian Luau’. Oh yes..its perfect for all those tropical vacation pictures. I still don't have a layout for this one. But here is the preview of the kit.

I also wanted to share another layout i made. For this one i used a kit called ‘Take a Dip’ by Nicole of Digi-Designs by Nicole. Its a fun, pool and beach themed kit.We took these pictures at our apartment pool. This is officially Abhi’s first experience at the pool. Though he loves the water, he was kind of overwhelmed with such a large body of water. Though he was nervous at first, we slowly got him to dip his feet (well…for now !!)

Guys….the best part of this kit is…its  FREEeeee…. Yes guys, free. And wait… that's not all, this is a collaboration with Manda of ‘Nibbles Skribbles’.
